Description

It is advised that when changing the ball and seat, the valve body should also be replaced as it is produced from a much softer material. if the Valve body is not replaced periodically, the backstop will become deformed increasing the Toff time of the valve. As Toff increases, the pattern length would gradually become longer and need continued compensation. as compensation time increases there is more variability in the pattern placement and therefor more potential defects.
